MOSCOW, Feb 20 (PRIME) -- The police have detained CEO of Territorial Generating Company-2 (TGC-2) Nadezhda Pinigina, a source in the law enforcement agencies told PRIME on Saturday.
"Pinigina is detained at the moment," the source said without disclosing the grounds for detention.
